WHO IS DETOUR
DETOUR was founded by Chris and Alison Reynolds - industry professionals with more than 25 years experience, specifically in the CUSTOM apparel business. Over that period of time, we have worked with thousands of customers, from local teams and clubs, through to World Tour professionals as well as some of Australia's biggest corporates and charity organisations. There is not much we have not seen. DETOUR represents all that we have learnt in that time. We are CUSTOM EXPERTS - living and breathing this business for 18 years. Creating a custom order is NOT EASY - literally hundreds of hands need to touch your garment to make it right. We have seen it all, made all the mistakes, we know what is needed - you can trust us to deliver.

+ Delivery: Our standard turnaround is approximately 4-5 weeks. Sometimes we can get orders through faster than this.
+ Design: We will work with you to come up with a concept for your team and our design team will bring it all to life. This is a complimentary service when proceeding to an order with us.
+ Pricing: Our pricing includes GST, delivery, artwork and our all-inclusive options such as leg length, arm length, cuts, collar heights, chamois and cuff types.
+ Ordering: We can either set the group up a Team Store (where members can go in, place their own orders and pay – and their kits are delivered individually labelled and bagged) OR we can do a standard bulk order.
